HOW TO ENGAGE ME

Most of my project engagements are from 3 to 6 months, but can go longer. If you have a specific project that you need help getting off the ground, I can help. We can establish a "Not to Exceed" fee and payment terms based on the need of the project.
  • Infrastructure Refresh - Firewalls, Switches, WAP's - Design, Procurement, and Implementation.
  • Microsoft 365 - Office, SharePoint, Teams - License Management, Design, and Implementation.
  • Application Integrations and Migrations - Workflow Automation, Application Setup, System Integrations.
  • Project Management and Oversight - I manage the project, resources, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal operational impact.
Most of my subscription agreements are 6 months to a year or longer, and can be cancelled with just 30 days notice, at any time. Fees are established according to the level of expertise required and are generally paid monthly, in advance. The most common subscription is the Fraction CTO. I take the day-to-day management of IT off your hands and ensure the end-users have the systems and tools they need to be productive. I bring ideas, concepts, and plans to you for approval, all in alignment with your goals for the company.
  • If you outsource your IT needs to a 3rd party company, a Managed Service Provider (MSP), I will manage that relationship on your behalf. Having owned my own MSP company and worked for one of the Nations largest MSP, I know first hand how to maximize the benefit you deserve to ensure prompt support at a fair price.
  • If you are considering outsourcing your IT needs to a 3rd party, please engage me to work on your behalf to make sure you are getting the right services that you need, not what the MSP wants to "sell" you.
  • Project Work: Typically more time is needed in the beginning of a project. As the engagement moves forward my involvement generally decreases as we are winding down. The not to exceed fee takes all of that into consideration.
  • Subscription Engagements: Flex time as needed is expected and is taken into consideration when we are agreeing on the terms of the engagement.
Either way, I try to help spread the investment of my time across the length of the engagement, to avoid higher upfront cost.
I want and need to spend time in your business, not time billing and invoicing you. My automated system makes it easy to allow you to make your payments. I can setup a one-time payment or monthly recurring charges to a credit card, or you can pay by check. You are provided with detailed invoices of the work preformed and all engagements include complete documentation for the solutions being implemented.
