In the mid-80's I transformed the operations of a National Title Insurance Company by digitizing all of the escrow documents necessary for a title transaction. That included programming, getting end-user feedback, and centralizing the process of document management. This was the start of my career in technology and I have been continuing to help businesses transform and implement the most profitable ways for businesses to connect, collaborate, and compute. Over 30+ years of experience.
In the early 80's working in the Title Insurance Industry, I spent the next 17 years learning from my Mentor and other industry experts how to manage a business, people, products, and customers. I've continued to learn and have accumulated over 30+ years of experience in operations.
My operational experience and my technology experience combine to give me an excellent skillset for a business needing a CIO. I started my own technology consulting company in 2002, and took the helm of a startup software company in 2013. Over the next 4 years, I led the company through capital funding rounds securing over $1MM in funding and helped build a distribution partner program. It was a challenging and rewarding role. I drew upon my experience in operations and technology to help propel the business forward.
Opportunities and Sales drive revenue. Companies like revenue. I am not your typical Sales Leader. I am the creator of L.I.F.T, Leverage Individuality From Teammates. I find the strengths of sales individuals and exploit their talents to form successful, productive sales teams. My approach to prospecting and customer interaction is different and it is successful. I will admit that my creative side of my brain doesn't function like most. Where I can help is in marketing automation and distribution partners.
